  • 16 kg = 2 points
  • 20 kg = 2.5 points
  • 24 kg = 3 points
  • 28 kg= 3.5 points
  • 32 kg = 4 points
  • ...
  • 78 kg = 9 points

2kg steps is factored by 0.25

  • 10 kg = 1.25 points
  • 14 kg = 1.75 points
  • 18 kg = 2.25 points

and so on.

PERFOMANCE STANDARDS

Women’s Standards

  • Less < 360 : Low
  • 361 - 540 : Average
  • 541 - 720 : Good
  • 721 - 900 : High
  • 901 - 1080 : Extreme
  • More > 1081 : Superhuman

Men’s Standards

  • Less < 720 : Low
  • 721 - 900 : Average
  • 901 - 1080 : Good
  • 1081 - 1260 : High
  • 1261 - 1440 : Extreme
  • More > 1441 : Superhuman
